Meet at the Bikery at 6:30pm
Ride leaves at 7pm sharp
Enjoy a short, leisurely bike ride to Balboa Park
Get your yoga on for about an hour. Class is led by Sharon Porat, and focuses on strength and flexibility, based on the vinyasa and Warrior Yoga styles. Special emphasis on muscles that get tight when riding your bike! Good for all levels, including beginners!
Ride back to the Bikery with new friends and a new-found sense of peace.
